Code of Ethics
All members of the Eumseong-gun Council are representatives that have been entrusted the sovereign power of the county people. We promise to volunteer and contribute to the local development by executing fairness by raising the authority and reputation of the council by fulfilling the duties. We have decided the code of ethics as follows for all members to fulfill.- As the representation of the county people, we will speak for the opinion of the county people by maintaining dignity of the members by protecting the manners while cultivating personality and knowledge.
- As volunteers for the county people, we will execute duties sincerely with the mind of public interest to increase welfare of the county people.
- We will not seek for unfair profit regarding duties, will not execute unfair influence, but we will take the initiative of upright and simple life.
- As the members of the Council, we will resolve problems through plenty of discussion by assuring fair opportunities and we will follow the appropriate procedures.
- As responsible politicians, we will be responsible for the county people regarding all public actions.
