Council members

Council members consist of 8 members who are elected by popular votes, equal votes, direct votes and secret voting.

Chairman / vice chairman

One chairman and vice chairman among the council members are elected by a secret ballot. Chairman represents the council, presides over the proceedings, keeps order in the council conference room, and supervises the office work in the council ; vice chairman can replace chairman's duties in case of chairman's emergency.

Special Committee

This committee can be formed by the decision of a general meeting, if necessary, to review special matters(budgetary bill and accounts, audit of the administrative office work and investigation)

Secretariat

There are 16 staff members including secretariat manager, expert member, personnel in charge of proceedings to deal with the council office work.
